ERROR:
Could not load package “packet name” because of error 0xC0014062.Description: The LoadFromSQLServer method has encountered OLE DB error code 0x80040E4D (Login failed for user ‘login_name’.). The SQL statement that was issued has failed.
EXPLANATION:
You may experience such an error when you try to load a SSIS package.
SOLUTION:
Make sure that the user (the user in the “Login failed for user” section) has Login and sufficient rights on that server.
