The same problem occurs when the Database Configuration Assistant (dbca) is run after installation. The screenshot will be as follows.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.veritabani.gen.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/1.png\" width=\"949\" height=\"711\" \/><\/p>\n<p id=\"cCqGWOI\">When the &#8220;_JAVA_OPTIONS&#8221; parameter is set as follows to solve the problem, the corresponding screens will open without problems.
