Must be applied some changes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NUMA:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Many modern multiprocessors have non-uniform memory access (NUMA) memory designs, where the performance of a process can depend on whether the memory range being accessed is attached to the local CPU or to another CPU.<\/p>\n<p>Running MongoDB on a system with Non-Uniform Access Memory (NUMA) can cause a number of operational problems, including the slow performance for periods of time and high system process usage. <strong>DIABLE NUMA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>How to know if Numa is enabled:<\/p>\n<pre class=\"lang:default decode:true\">&lt;find \/proc|grep \u2013i numa&gt;<\/pre>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/dbtut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/189.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Or<\/p>\n<pre class=\"lang:default decode:true\">&lt;grep NUMA=y \/boot\/config-`uname -r`&gt;<\/pre>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/dbtut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/560.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Numa it&#8217;s enabled.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>READAHEAD:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Readahead is a system call of the Linux kernel that loads a file&#8217;s contents into the page cache.<\/p>\n<p>Readahead size should be set to 0 when using WiredTiger storage engine. A readahead value of 32 \u00a0typically works well when using MMAPv1.<\/p>\n<p>How to know the value of readahead:<\/p>\n<pre class=\"lang:default decode:true\">&lt; blockdev \u2013-report&gt;<\/pre>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/dbtut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/231.png\" width=\"446\" height=\"169\" \/><\/p>\n<p>How to change it and check<\/p>\n<pre class=\"lang:default decode:true\">&lt;blockdev --setra {device} &gt;<\/pre>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/dbtut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/331.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The report again<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/dbtut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/728.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>FileSystems types:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With the WiredTiger storage engine, use of XFS is strongly recommended to avoid performance issues.<\/p>\n<p>How to review it:<\/p>\n<pre class=\"lang:default decode:true\">&lt; df -T&gt;<\/pre>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dbtut.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/427.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOATIME<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Most file systems will maintain metadata for the last time a file was accessed.
