{"id":54572,"date":"2023-05-29T21:43:20","date_gmt":"2023-05-29T21:43:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dbtut.com\/?p=54572"},"modified":"2023-05-29T21:46:01","modified_gmt":"2023-05-29T21:46:01","slug":"weblogic-active-directory","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dbtut.com\/index.php\/2023\/05\/29\/weblogic-active-directory\/","title":{"rendered":"Weblogic Active Directory"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We will examine Weblogic&#8217;s Active Directory integration, which provides high performance especially in database connections and a cluster structure that can be created within itself.<\/p>\n<p>First of all, I should mention that our Weblogic server ran in &#8220;Production Mode&#8221; and our tests were provided between Oracle Weblogic 10.3.6 and Windows 2012 Active Directory.<\/p>\n<p>First, we log in to our console via http:\/\/localhost:7001\/console and open the &#8220;Security Realms&#8221; as in the marked area.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cozumpark.com\/mklresim\/2a9310739e08_15046\/clip_image004_thumb.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We enter &#8220;myrealm&#8221; from the screen that opens.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cozumpark.com\/mklresim\/2a9310739e08_15046\/clip_image004_thumb.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p id=\"hAHIXqB\">We make the \u201cSecurity Model Default\u201d field \u201cAdvanced\u201d and press the \u201cSave\u201d button.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cozumpark.com\/mklresim\/2a9310739e08_15046\/clip_image006_thumb.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p id=\"glgRsIN\">After completing the registration process, we open the &#8221; Providers &#8221; tab.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cozumpark.com\/mklresim\/2a9310739e08_15046\/clip_image008_thumb.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p id=\"yhlGHQp\">Click the \u201cNew\u201d button on the Providers screen. We will add a new Provider for Active Directory.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cozumpark.com\/mklresim\/2a9310739e08_15046\/clip_image010_thumb.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p id=\"opiJrqy\">On the screen that opens, we write a name in the &#8220;Name&#8221; section and select the &#8220;Type&#8221; section as &#8220;ActiveDirectoruAuthenticator&#8221; and say &#8220;Ok&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cozumpark.com\/mklresim\/2a9310739e08_15046\/clip_image012_thumb.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We log in to the record we added. (I added it as ADIntegration)<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cozumpark.com\/mklresim\/2a9310739e08_15046\/clip_image014_thumb.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p id=\"AiLhGjk\">On the screen that opens, we make the &#8220;Control Flag&#8221; part &#8220;SUFFICIENT&#8221; and say &#8220;Save&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cozumpark.com\/mklresim\/2a9310739e08_15046\/clip_image016_thumb.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p id=\"vrXELjb\">We are entering the \u201cProvider Specific\u201d base.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cozumpark.com\/mklresim\/2a9310739e08_15046\/clip_image018_thumb.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p id=\"OBGvOho\">We fill the screen that opens according to our own LDAP structure.
