My friend created a Mail Profile and Account. He says he can send test mail. However, he gets this error whenever he wants to use this account in SQL Server Agent.<\/p>\n<p>I recommended that him to enable Mail Profile from the Alert System in the properties of the SQL Server Agent. He checked this, and this setting was complete.
