Error:
When the database is upgraded to version 10.2.0.4 or 10.2.0.5, the Enterprise Manager configuration ends with an error and fails to start manually.
Reason:
Bug 8350262
Solution:
After the update is finished, manually create EM repository with emca.

If this process is completed with an error like above, you can install the patch 8350262 with Opatch and start EM with the following commands.
