In today’s article, I will describe the JPS-06514: Opening Of File Based Keystore Failed error.
When I first got this error, I tried 7500 different combinations, even it was going to go up to reinstalling the machine at some point, but I finally found the solution.
1. Let’s back up these two files ( backup )

2. Either delete or rename recent identical files. ( delete )

3. Let’s restart the Admin Server. (restart)
