REP-52266: The In-Process Reports Server Failed To Start Error

While pulling data from services on Oracle Forms & Reports, I got an error with the message “REP-52266: The in-process Reports Server failed to start”.

The explanation for the error is this: I am opening this report, but I will open it in a “temp” and show you like that, and this “temp” is not clear.

Take some action.

Start > Run.

Then type %temp% on the run screen and copy this path.

Then open the registry with Start > Run > Regedit.

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE.

Enter the path you got with %temp% in the REPORTS_TEMP data type.

Finally save and exit.
