Moving Files In Linux

In today’s article, we will talk about Moving Files In Linux with the mv command.

In Linux, we use the mv command to move any file in a directory to another directory. It is similar to the cp command, but while the files are copied with the cp command, we move the files from the old place to the new one with the mv command.
