Oracle SQL Developer Web works with Oracle REST data and schemas are based on some user authentication.
However, the ADMIN user needs to enable you to log in to Oracle SQL Developer Web.
When we run the code block below with the ADMIN user, the relevant user will be entitled to log in.

schema-name = Specifies the schema to link to. All must be written in capital letters.
schema-alias = Used to give alias to the schema to be linked. For security reasons, Oracle recommends using alias.
