In today’s article, we will be covering How to Start, Stop and View the Status of Oracle Enterprise Manager.
START
1. Connect to the DB from Putty and switch to the “oracle” user.
2. Initialize like OEM.

3. Connect to OEM from Internet Explorer.

4. Log in to the interface with the sysman user.
STOP
1. Switch to the “oracle” user.
1 | [root@DBONUR ~]# su - oracle |
2. We write the status command.
1 | -bash-3.2$ emctl status dbconsole |
3. We write the stop command.
1 | -bash-3.2$ emctl stop dbconsole |
