For disk errors such as ORA-700 or ORA-600 on the cell server, first check whether there is a physical fault.
If there is a physical problem with the disc, replace the disc. If not, restart the cellsrv services.
Try to restart cellsrv using the following commands with root.
1 | $ cellcli -e alter cell restart services cellsrv |
or
1 | $ service celld restart |
If it fails, restart the machine.
1 | $ reboot |
