ERROR MESAGGE:

Login failed for user ‘(null)’. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 18452)

EXPLANATION:

If you try to connect to your Windows account with a domain that you are not a member of, you will encounter this error.

SOLUTION:

You can connect with a SQL Server Login instead of Windows account.

Note: In this case, the SQL Server that you want to connect to needs to be set to “SQL Server and Windows Authentication mode”.
