EXPLANATION:

The SQL Server Agent service may not work and you may see this error in the SQL Agent’s Error Log file.

SOLUTION:

“xplog70.dll” file may be corrupted. If you overwrite the corrupted file in SQL Server that is experiencing the problem by taking this file from a SQL Server of the same version, the problem will be solved.
