The following error is received because OOM Killer (Out of Memory Killer) kills Oracle through the operating system due to memory insufficiency.
Error:
PMON (ospid: 23645): terminating the instance due to ORA error 471
Solution:
When we examine the operating system log, it will appear as follows.

To fix the error, we need to increase the memory.
