If you are getting the JPS-02592 error, the root cause of your error is the corruption of the ” adapters.os_xml ” file. The solution to the error is as follows.
First we will rename our adapters.os_xml file, this will also be our backup.
1 | $DOMAIN_HOME/config/fmwconfig/ovd/default/adapters.os_xml |
Rename the above file to adapters.os_xml.backup.
Now we will copy our currently idle file here.
1 | $MW_HOME/oracle_common/modules/oracle.ovd_11.1.1/templates/ |
Copy the “adapters.os_xml” file in the directory below.

After editing the content, we restart the Services and the problem will be gone.
