OutOfMemoryError error may be received because of inadequate memory when running addnode.sh or during Oracle database installation.
addnode.sh is terminated as follows when the error is received.

To resolve the error, the amount of memory specified in the following line in the oraparam.ini file under the $GRID_HOME/oui/ directory must be increased. The mx value of 150 mb should be changed to at least 2048.
