Manual Failover While Fast Start Failover Is Active

We can do manual failover while Fast start Failover is active.

But there are some conditions.

Failover or Switchover needs to be done from Primary to Fast-start Failover Target Standby.

If Maximum Availlability mode is used, Primary must be synchronized with Fast-start Failover Target Standby.

If Maximum Performance mode is used, the Lag between Primary and Fast-start Failover Target Standby must not be higher than the value set in the FastStartFailoverLagLimit parameter.

There should be no problems with the Observer being started and connecting to the Fast-start Failover Target Standby Database.
